Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are factory with over 12 years' experience.
Q: What do i need to offer for getting a quote?
A: Please offer us 2D or 3D drawings (with material, dimensions, tolerance, surface treatment and other technical requirements.), quantity, application or samples. Then the quotation sheet could be provided within 24hours.
Q: What kind of payment terms do you accept?
A: Payment amount under 2000USD, 100% in advance. And for amount over 2000USD, T/T 30% in advance, and the balance before shipment. Accept to pay by company bank account, Western Union and Trade Assurance.
Q: How do i know the production?
A: We'll always keep you posted. And strict 100% inspection service before shipment is provided for free.
Q: How do you deal with the parts that are found to be in poor quality?
A: Pls contact us immediately and take some pictures for us to check on the problems. We would have them repaired or reworked for any quality issue with the transportation costs to be borne by us. Pls don't worry. A reliable supplier would never escape from his responsibilities.
